What are Mono PE and Mono PP materials
- Mono PE (MDO PE / PE EVOH) – flexible, sealable, and moisture-resistant; ideal for stand-up and flat-bottom pouches.
- Mono PP (BOPP / PP Metalized / CPP) – offers stiffness, gloss, and high clarity; perfect for premium food, snack, and supplement pouches.
Both structures are designed for recyclability and high-quality printing.
Which zipper should I choose for my pouch?

- Standard press-to-close zippers – for general use.
- Hook-to-hook closures – ideal for powder products and repeated use.
